Our people aren't just employees, they are family.
And we take care of our own!
Fidelity Cares was built on six key hardship pillars designed to guide our support and ensure fairness. Donors must familiarise themselves with these pillars to understand what can and cannot be claimed, as well as what is not considered a valid request for assistance. By understanding these guidelines, donors can make informed decisions and ensure their contributions are used effectively to support those in need.
How can we help you?

This definition includes any situation that results in an urgent and considerable need for financial support due to circumstances beyond the individual's control. This hardship has imposed a substantial financial burden on the employee, hindering their ability to meet basic needs.
